P1 and P3 are the counter-top machines for soft gelato, soft ice cream and frozen yogurt.
They are equipped with a peristaltic pump, which grants high efficiency and high increase in volume. The pump is easy to assemble and reduces all consumptions.
The exclusive Smart Ventilation system allows to rationalize footprint and installation distances. It seamlessly adapts to ambient T° to reduce consumption and noise level.
Besides, the Automatic Cabinet defrost avoids ice accumulation.
P1 and P3 are very easy to use and clean, thanks to the reduced number of parts and to the hot cleaning system.
